helpful staff convenient location dated decor limited options
the staff were helpful. they quickly addressed a minor issue i had with the room's lighting. the hotel's location was also convenient. i could easily walk to nearby shops and restaurants.
the room decor felt a little dated. the furniture showed some wear and tear. the breakfast buffet lacked variety. i noticed limited options for fresh fruits and pastries.

a solid stay
central location continental breakfast responsive staff
the staff were responsive when i asked for an extra blanket, i got it quickly. the location is really central to everything. breakfast included a continental option, and i could also order other items for an additional charge.
the reception area didn't have much visual appeal, though it was functional.

my standard twin room was moderately sized and located on the first floor. it had a standard tea-and-biscuit-tray along with basic toiletries. the beds were comfortable and clean.

the hotel's location is in the center of everything, made getting around quite simple. i found that the proximity to shops and restaurants made it easy to explore. it was a real advantage.

mixed experience, some issues present
road noise low pressure
the noise was a problem. the room faced the main road, and i heard noise from bars nearby late at night. it was hard to sleep until 1 am. the shower head wouldn't stay up, and the water pressure was low. that bothered me.

helpful staff excellent location urine stain unhoovered carpet
the staff was friendly and helpful i had a nice meal in the hotel restaurant. the location is excellent it is just a few minutes from the train station and shops around the corner
the mattress protector looked like it had urine stains the carpet was not hoovered and had crumbs on it. my view was another building and bins outside i raised a complaint and got no response from management until i sent a second complaint
